Denise has been recognised for her impact on the OMS business, a specialist technology company based in Stansted. In particular, Denise was selected for her support of young talent, increasing turnover tenfold, overseeing the set-up of overseas offices in Houston and Brazil and the company being awarded the Queen鈥檚 Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category twice.Denise Smiles comments: 鈥淏eing shortlisted in the First Women Awards is a huge accolade and one I鈥檓 very proud of. It鈥檚 also a testament to the whole team at OMS, as the business wouldn鈥檛 be where it is today without everyone鈥檚 innovation and hard work.鈥
