Williamson-Dickie acquires North East Rig Out Ltd
Global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has acquired North East Rig Out Ltd. (NERO), an Aberdeen, UK-based workwear manufacturer specialising in the oil and gas industry. Established in 1995, NERO is also a head-to-toe personal protective equipment (PPE) solutions provider. The acquisition was completed by Williamson-Dickie鈥檚 European division on July 18, 2014.
Competitive in the European oil and gas market

Design, embroidery and screen-printing
The latest addition to WD鈥檚 global product and service offering gives the company an experienced and quality workforce with a long service history in the region. NERO鈥檚 local manufacturing resources and in-house value added services 鈥� including design, embroidery and screen-printing 鈥� provide a full-service solution for Aberdeen-based petroleum customers.
