Selmers launches Selmers Global Services
In the year that marks Selmers鈥 50th anniversary, the company, a leading solution provider for pipe cleaning, coating and handling equipment, has converted its after sales department into a customer care department. It has been renamed to Selmers Global Services (SGS). This decision allows Selmers to meet the requirements of the clients of today by offering extended services.
Their special anniversary campaign 鈥榃e Care鈥 sees Selmers celebrating both its anniversary as well as the launch of SGS. In order to do so, the company have offered a complimentary gift, a free training or inspection, which is available on their website until the end of 2016.
Selmers values innovation in both products and process lines and in customer services. The launch of SGS is a clear example of how customer care evolves.
