Shawcor recalls NACE Corrosion exhibit

In March 2017, Shawcor exhibited at with Composite Production Systems and Canusa-CPS field-applied technologies.

  • Canusa-CPS has launched its product , a fibre-reinforced composite mechanical protection system.
  • Composite Production Systems displayed its spoolable and stick line pipe products.
  • Canusa-CPS was chairing NACE technical committee meeting titled ‘TG 248 - Coatings, Heat-Shrink Sleeves for external repair, rehabilitations, and weld joints on pipelines’.
  • The Pipeline Performance team attended NACE sessions to discuss thermal insulation coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, internal coatings and concrete weight coatings.

On Tuesday 28 March 2017, Shawcor’s Canusa-CPS team hosted a cocktail party and invited its valued customers, partners and global distributors to Pat O’Briens Courtyard Restaurant at 624 Bourbon Street.
