Winn & Coales International (Denso Australia Pty Ltd) is proud to announce the acquisition of Petro Coating Systems Pty Ltd (PCS) effective 1 April, 2015.

鈥樷�橶e are excited with the recent purchase of PCS as part of our business venture, which will allow Denso/PCS to better service a broader market by offering 22 additional products as part of our current product range,鈥� Paul Fortune, Managing Director, said.

鈥淲e will be retaining the PCS brand name to allow us to best service local and international markets and envisage a 15 - 20% market share growth,鈥� Paul said.

The additional product ranges on offer under the PCS acquisition will consist of Petro Coating Systems, PetroGard, PetroCote, SteelGard, StopGard, VoidGard, JointGard, HatchGard, PaveGard, EpoxyGard ST, MarineGard and FlashGard.

Denso/PCS will continue and increase its manufacturing in Australia to promote 鈥楢ustralian Made鈥� to maintain a strong patronage and economic growth in Australia.

We will also continue to provide an excellent level of service, meeting our clients鈥� needs and expectations on delivery, quality and service.
