DCP Midstream Partners announces quarterly distribution

DCP Midstream Partners LP has announced that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of US$0.78 per common unit for the quarter ended 30 September 2015, or US$3.12 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution remains unchanged from the previous quarter and represents an increase of 1.3% over the US$0.77 per unit distribution paid with respect to the third quarter of 2014. This quarterly cash distribution will be paid 13 November 2015, to unitholders of record at the close of business on 6 November 2015.
