ETP pipelines delivering natural gas to Texas-Mexico border

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (ETP) has announced that the Trans-Pecos and Comanche Trail natural gas pipelines in West Texas are in service. Both pipelines are owned by affiliates of ETP, Carso Energy Corp. and MasTec, Inc. as part of long term agreements with Mexico’s Comisión Federal de Electricidad.
