ONEOK, Inc. has announced the completion of its Elk Creek Pipeline. NGL volume is now flowing on the fully completed 900 mile pipeline, which extends from the Williston Basin to ONEOK's existing Mid-Continent NGL facilities in Bushton, Kansas, US.
